Our Clinical Application Support role works closely with multiple departments to help identify technical and user support issues of our internal software applications. This position will assist in troubleshooting, problem resolution and end user training. In addition, you will collaborate with our software engineers while providing exceptional support for both our internal and external users.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate software support of our internal software applications as well as other supported COTS applications;Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of Medpace software applications;Respond to tickets, telephone calls, emails, and other requests for support;Collaborate with our software development teams while providing support for our internal and external users;Provide system Trainings/Demo to Medpace users; andPerform other support related tasks to meet company objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree and 1 year of industry-related experience;Strong organizational skills, very detail oriented, flexible, with strong communication skills;Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;Ability to work in a team environment; andExperience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), and other database system experience preferred.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
