Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Software Success Coordinator in the non-profit industry, based in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Software Success Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, assisting in the selection of optimal tools, and maintaining strong relationships with internal users.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and research new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency

• Guide internal teams in selecting the most suitable tool that meets their requirements

• Facilitate onboarding of new services by understanding user objectives and providing necessary guidance

• Maintain regular communication with internal users, address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction

• Offer internal support for the product, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently

• Monitor product usage and engagement levels, and gather feedback to improve user experience

• Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks and notify users, providing necessary guidance and support

• Handle incident tickets, escalate critical issues, and ensure their quick resolution

• Act as a bridge between users and support teams such as IT and Interactive Media

• Develop and provide educational resources such as tutorials and knowledge base articles to maximize product value

• Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to create efficient workflows and assist departments in the implementation and maintenance of AI tools Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit sector

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required

• Demonstrated experience with Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential

• Experience with IBM systems is necessary

• Knowledge of Linux Technologies is a must

• Proven ability to perform AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary

• Must be familiar with Backup Technologies
