　　The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe person hired for the position of Software Quality Engineer/Analyst will be part of the Clinical and Economic Research component development team. Testing of the component methodology will require assessing clinical specifications for procedure and diagnosis code-set changes, perform data analytics of healthcare claims to assess expected results with actual results covering complex clinical logic paths.

　　As a(n) Software Quality Engineer/Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* Analyzing and working with large sets of data (e.g. healthcare claims)* Developing test cases/test datasets that meet specifications/requirements, clinical content definitions, and software design/logic implementations* Executing test cases (manually and automated), analyzing test case execution to identify abnormalities of execution and results, then reporting outliers and defects* Automating test case creation and result analysis using frameworks and scripts, documenting automation strategy and implementation, executing automation programs and scripts, and interpreting results* Participating in scrum team planning sessions to identify dependency chain and task breakdown, providing estimates and outlined test approaches to team
