　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

　　OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,

　　OR Python

　　OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

　　OR equivalent experience.

　　2+ years people management experience.

　　Experience in developing quality products and services, preferably in systems and backend services.

　　Design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for quality and engineering excellence at scale.

　　Demonstrated experience shipping products - on time with high quality.

　　Other Qualifications:

　　Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in

　　AND systems programming, operating systems, distributed systems, databases, cloud services including high-performance distributed storage and networking

　　AND architecting/designing/implementing distributed systems, metadata management, databases and multi-threaded programming

　　AND protocols like iSCSI and NVME.
