　　Position Summary

　　This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area . You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.

　　The Summer 2024 program will run June 3rd - August 9th, 2024 . Virtual onboarding activities will take place May 29th -31st, 2024.

　　This is a hybrid position with 3 days ( generally Tuesday , Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference:New York, NYWellesley (Boston), MAHartford, CTBuffalo Grove, ILIrving, TXThe other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. No housing or housing stipend will be provided.

　　The Enterprise Data & Machine Learning - Data Platform team facilitates and enhances advanced analytical decision-making capabilities across CVS business units. We do so by strategically leveraging cloud and big data technology and infrastructure that automates analytic tasks and makes data insights faster, deeper, and more accessible.

　　 What you will do

　　You will be assigned to an agile delivery team focused on developing digital cloud solutions, powered by big data. This is a hands-on technology role where you and your team will be responsible for developing and driving critical initiatives for CVS Health. You will deliver on technology initiatives in a fast-paced organization while building trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.

　　Required QualificationsMeet educational requirements (see Education section)Experience designing and building software applications with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScriptPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud developmentExperience in high-performance, large, high-scale distributed systems using APIs and streams to communicateExperience in UI Frameworks such as NodeJS, Angular and React is a plusExperience with triage and identification of functional, performance and scaling opportunitiesWorking experience of CI/CD pipeline, GIT, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and influence an audience of their peersExperience encouraging teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectivenessExperience being resourceful and quickly and successfully adapting to changeHave an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS HealthEducationCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025Preferred majors include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology/Management, Information Systems.Work visa sponsorship is available for this role.
