  DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:This position is for a Software Engineer Intern / Co-Op in King of Prussia, PA. You will get to work closely with our team of excellent software developers who are eager to mentor and teach their craft, and have the opportunity to work with members of our Leadership team to learn about other areas of interest to you!

  Responsibilities & SkillsOur ideal candidate is a student who has completed at least one full year of a four-year degree (BS / BA) in either Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or any science/engineering track from an accredited college/university. Ideally, this candidate would have working knowledge of at least one software programming language and is eager to immerse themselves in learning more about any of the following areas: Cloud-Native App Development, DevSecOps, UI/UX, AI/ML, and Algorithm Development.

  As a Software Engineer Intern / Co-Op, your responsibilities include: * Working with a diverse team to develop software in an agile-like manner * Regularly meeting with mentor(s)

  REQUIRED SKILLS: * Proficiency with any one of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, etc. * Ability to effectively work within a software engineering team * Great communication skills

  Desired skills (bonus points): * Experience with Cloud infrastructures -- AWS or C2S preferred * Experience building a scalable, web-based applications * Experience building User Interfaces - React preferred * Experience with Containerization - Docker preferred * Experience training and Developing Machine Learning Models * Experience developing performant algorithms in various domains
