Job Duties: Develop and support automated, scalable solutions to manage our global infrastructure integrations in Workday. Support object-oriented design for online transactional systems to solve functional needs in collaboration with other developers, quality assurance and product management in an agile environment. Design complex systems using Microsoft container, Open-Source container, Java platforms, web application development or SaaS. Leverage experience with multiple programming and scripting languages, such as Java, XML, and SQL to establish standards, frameworks, and platforms to be used by RHI engineers for completing development projects. Manage base models and components that serve as building blocks for larger systems. Perform code review of modules and components produced by junior-level staff. Review and approve design deliverables of junior-level engineers and provide feedback and design support accordingly. Perform unit test planning and execution for own code. Create and oversee standards and frameworks for team software testing and delivery. Review unit test plans and results with team members. Utilize expertise and responsible for development throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Analyze and resolve significant production interruptions (SWAP production issues). Mentor and train junior-level engineers and provide team leadership and guidance. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in ERP/Workday Applications implementation and support.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience in HCM and Financials, Benefits, Time & Absence Management, Payroll, GL, Business Process Security framework, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Suppliers, Assets and Expenses. (2 years) Experience in Workday Tenant setup related configuration for Global, HCM, System, Security, Worklets, Business Processes, Alerts, Notifications, Workday Extend, Reporting and Analytics. (2 years) Perform design, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations including Core connectors, EIBs and Studio. Identify, assess, develop and solve complex business needs around Integrations, and data conversions using Workday Tools/Utilities: Studio, Connectors, Document Transformations (DT), EIB, Workday API, Report as a Service (RAAS) & Calculated Fields. Web Services (SOAP and REST) and Object-Oriented languages, including Java, XML, XSLT, MVEL, JSON and SQL for data processing. Determine strategic needs, define functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, review/test and implement enhancements in Workday. Maintain and support current Workday integrations by resolving defects and enhancing and applying required updates.

Base Salary: $147,368-181,272 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
