　　Your New Role...

　　3+ years of software engineering experienceExperience working with 1st party game platforms (Xbox, PlayStation and Steam) in an engineering capacity (preferred)Experience with Unreal or equivalent game engine in an engineering capacityExperience with some or all of Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira (or other bug databases), Confluence, Visual Studio, Perforce, Git (or other source control tools)

　　Qualifications & Experience...

　　College degree in software engineering, architecture, or computer science preferredExcellent C/C++ programming skills with good debugging abilitiesThe ability to write clean and maintainable code.A basic knowledge of writing code under performance and memory constraints.Strong desire to build industry-leading technology and help others achieveGood communication skills.Ability to collaborate with engineers and content creators to develop robust, maintainable, cutting-edge technologyCreative, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful problem-solver.A passion for gaming and a willingness to learn.

　　In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
