　　*The OHAI Patient Accounting Team  * is responsible for delivering the next generation healthcare financial management applications for healthcare providers. We are seeking to transform healthcare by providing technology solutions that fully automate insurance and patient billing, maximizing our customers’ revenue, while providing a first-class patient consumer experience. Our solutions are a combination of modernized enterprise applications and cloud native services, all running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. 　　We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager that shares our passion and excitement of operating distributed systems at hyper scale using cloud native best practices. You will have part in the disruption of the health care industry and will help deliver a better patient experience.

　　Responsibilities

　　The responsibilities include:

　　Grow and lead engineering teams totalling 20+ engineers in India to deliver critical services and components for the Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure organization, including Revenue Cycle Patient Accounting and RevElate solutions.

　　Lead the automation initiative for migrating the Cerner Patient Accounting solution to RevElate.

　　Provide tactical technical directions to the team.

　　Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

　　Appropriate resource allocation and ensuring the Revenue Cycle goals are met.

　　Collaborate with other team leaders on developing and communicating product roadmap.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Overall, 10+ years in leading successful teams and delivering complex technical projects.

　　Experience leading software development teams on Java, Javascript, Microservices, SQL and Spring.

　　Experience in leading teams in migrating from legacy to modern solutions.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or related experience

　　Working in a cloud environment is required

　　Preferred Qualifications
