　　Position Overview

　　We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on SWD/Engineering Manager to join our AEC Design Platform team. In this position, you are expected to lead the team to provide excellent and world-class services and engineering infrastructure to support AEC Design products like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D development, from build, continuous integration and deployment, to delivery.

　　You understand what it takes to build and support business critical desktop/web/cloud clients, components, and frameworks

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage cross functional teams of Developers, Testers and DevOps Engineers for delivering engineering service, features and functionality

　　Work with your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features, new architecture and help drive decisions

　　Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the tools and motivation to get things done

　　Create plans, track and ensure tactical execution and adherence to budgets, schedules, plans, and performance

　　Be responsible for the team's technical strategy, roadmap and success metrics

　　Regularly communicate and collaborate across offices and time zones and across various functions including engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Architects / Tech Leads, and key stakeholders within other organizations

　　Establish team goals that connect to the wider organization goals, and monitor progress against them

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　10+ years of software development experience

　　5+ years in managing SWD/Engineering teams

　　BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field

　　Experience with key technologies and tools such as C++, Python, Node.js, React, etc

　　Experience designing and developing desktop/web/cloud applications

　　Experience deploying production applications with Amazon Web Services or/and Delivery Technologies

　　Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, etc

　　Experience with Scrum and agile development processes and methodologies

　　Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Cross-platform development experience with Windows, Mac and Linux will be a bonus#LI-POST
