　　Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the ​ Software Developer /Software Test ​ position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. The ideal candidate will ​be a leader and problem solver​. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Work with the SAFe governance layer participants & stakeholders on program execution

　　Facilitate allocation of work and new resources to ARTs

　　Monitor program performance; resolve impediments; develop and implement solutions for driving improvement

　　Coordinate schedule execution and plan program-wide software/architecture releases

　　Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, including logistics and technical preparation

　　Lead cross-team collaboration in support of development, testing, and deployment efforts

　　Track the execution of features and capabilities through Metrics across program’s agile and DevOps teams

　　Brief customers on the development progress throughout the PI cycle on program status, including the status of testing, deployment, and release readiness

　　Assess skillset needs and collaborate with leadership to staff program openings

　　Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

　　Promote teamwork to achieve PI goals

　　Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices

　　Participating in the design and creation of scalable software

　　Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end

　　Unit testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

　　Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

　　Write effective APIs

　　Create Use cases and Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

　　Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

　　Create security and data protection settings

　　Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

　　Write technical documentation

　　Ability to Supervise up to 9 people

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience

　　Experience in the following applications frameworks (at least 2):React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML

　　Familiarity & knowledge:Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud & Nifi

　　Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered.

　　Ability to test both back-end applications processes in addition to front end

　　Significant experience in test data/script development

　　Knowledge of or direct experience with software performance testing practices

　　Direct experience with creation, authoring, execution, and documentation of test cases/result sets for software products in an agile cadence

　　IAT Level II certification or higher

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience

　　Active TS/SCI preferred

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
