　　Your Main Mission:

　　Serve as Contracted Direct Support Operator Instructor for initial and difference qualifications for 1A8X1 career field on AFSOC aircraft as well as re-qualification training.

　　Responsible for training Career Enlisted Aviator students on mission planning, flight safety, airmanship, threat warning, TTPs and communications security procedures.

　　Additional responsibilities include accurately capturing/logging student performance and developing individualized remedial training plans.

　　Some travel for aircraft difference training may be required.

　　What Sets You Apart:

　　Must have 8 years of related experience.

　　Bachelor's degree may be combined with 4 years of related experience to meet the 8 year requirement.

　　Must be able to pass a flight physical and maintain flight status for the duration of employment.

　　Strong customer service skills to support dealing with a variety of military officers and civilian managers.

　　Ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team.

　　Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office and Patriot Excalibur (PEX).

　　TS/SCI security clearance required on day 1.

　　The ideal candidate will have prior instructor experience.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
