  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer Lead IV to join our team in the Lancaster, CA .

  Description:

  The Software Developer Lead IV informs product decisions by applying an understanding of data pipeline techniques and issues, including Application Programming Interface (API) access and integration; pre-processing; cloud security, process, and schema optimization; and the pros and cons of programming languages and associated packages. They direct and encourage the Engineering Team to promptly deliver best-in-class technical solutions. They leverage or build cloud-based architectures, technologies, and/or platforms to deliver optimized machine learning (ML)-backed solutions at scale. They communicate with the Technical Project Manager to interpret customer requirements and assign engineering tasks accordingly and collaborate with the Technical Project Manager and team members to architect solutions that exceed customer expectations. They design and develop cloud-based software solutions designed to ingest and process data from various sources and contribute to solutions that provide predictive models with raw data. The Software Developer Lead IV is an SME with expertise in all phases of application development. The Software Developer Lead IV supervises, and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of experience. (Can be substituted for a HS diploma with 16 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 14 years of experience.)

  7 years of position-specific relevant experience.

  DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master's degree in computer science, software development, or related discipline.

  5 years of experience in an Agile development environment.

  Clearance Requirements:

  The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance is required prior to starting this position.

  Must be a US Citizen.

  Physical Requirements:

  The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is $150,700-$250,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
