You will lead a team that develops services at scale that utilize advanced standards such as HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Atmos and state-of-the-art compression techniques such as Segment Adaptive Encoding, Distributed Chunk Encoding etc. to enhance the viewing experience of the end users. You will work with our engineering, business, and operations teams to define roadmaps, drive execution of technology projects, drive operational excellence initiatives and manage technology operations. You'll need to build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team towards achieving a focused mission. We build large-scale distributed media processing technologies including media transcoding, quality analysis, media inspection and CV/ML applications. We build services and workflows that analyze, encode, package and encrypt content into the full range of formats required for playback across thousands of device types in over 200 territories worldwide. Our architecture operates at exabyte-scale, engineered for reliability, scalability, and performance.
