The Software Business Analyst II is responsible forhelping implement software solutions in a cost-effective way bymanaging, prioritizing and providing specific functional requirements ofproducts or features to the software development team as identified bythe product owners. These requirements are to be developed by quicklyanalyzing, understanding and documenting technical processes in aneasy-to-understand format. The work must be completed consistently andtimely to ensure efficient delivery of solutions. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Writing and consistently delivering actionable,detailed stories and business requirements, based on direction given bythe product owner, analysis and insights gained from stakeholders(business SMEs, software development team, UI/UX). Foster collaborationacross teams to achieve optimized solutions. Use of data to driveanalysis and decision-making regarding feature priority, and processoptimization in assistance of the product owner. Updating, implementingand maintaining BA best-practice processes within the Connectivity teamand cross-functionally. Documentation and communication of results.Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure businessneeds are met and value is delivered.
