　　Job Description

　　• Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing.

　　• Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

　　• Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

　　• May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.

　　• Develops recommendations according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required, taking into consideration the need for resistance to external variables.

　　• To support the new product development samples included sample input, new product recipe setup and perform design of experiment.

　　• To coordinate the start-up of new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development

　　• Can do data collection, inspection and calculations and analysis during development.

　　• To conduct continuous improvement programs to optimize process capabilities and reliabilities before fan out for mass production.

　　• To drive and trouble shoot the quality issue during development stages and identify the corrective and preventive actions in order to ensure smooth mass production.

　　• May assign and check production operations if they are complying with the engineering specifications set during the development.

　　• Establish good rapport and build relationships with peers and colleagues by responding to requests and communicating information in a timely manner.

　　• Comply with all company policies including safety policies and practices.

　　• Perform other duties as and when required.

　　Job Requirement

　　Candidate must possess at least BS or, equivalent years of experience. or, higher level like MS in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Material Science/Mechanical/Physics/Chemistry or equivalent.)

　　Minimum 2 years of Engineering, Development, or R&D experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in wafer foundry, Packaging, Electronics, or Semiconductor industry.

　　Meticulous, enthusiastic, multi-tasking and sense of urgency and able to work under pressure, good attendance.

　　Knowledge in problem solving skills (6 sigma, 8D, DOE), FMEA, SPC, JMP, Process control plan, and General computer skills (Windows excel/Word/Power point/etc.).

　　Experience in one or more (Wet etch, Dry etch, Photolithography, Thin film deposition, Plating, moralization, F.A, Yield enhancement or testing, Fab Packaging Assembly process and Materials experience)
