We are looking for:
As a Cybersecurity Manager at Solvay, you will play a critical role in securing our organization's people, assets and information. This position will lead the team to oversee and implement security policies by designing, deploying and operating security technologies and processes in Endpoints, Network, Cloud and OT environment. You will act as the lead for topics concerning security infrastructure management.We count on you for:
Lead and develop the Infrastructure Security team
Define strategy, roadmap and project portfolio.
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and security trends, and adjust our security posture accordingly.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of our security infrastructure management.
Define and deliver the infrastructure security project portfolio.
Manage vendors and service providers
Ensure the budget management of your perimeter of responsibility
Stay up-to-date with the latest emerging threats, security technologies and best practices to enhance Solvay's security program.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership for strategic deliverables.
Report to the Head of Information & Security.
Work with technical teams including: Identity and authorization, Application Owners, Hosting teams, workstation and network teams, and the Security Operations Centre.

You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of studies
5-10 years of security experience working with standard IT technologies and with a clear understanding of end-to-end architecture
Any relevant certifications within the security field: CISSP, CISA, Cloud Security certifications from vendors (AWS, GCP, Microsoft)
Experience with security technical tools: vulnerability scanning, CSPM, SIEM, EDR
Understand baseline security requirements and platform hardening principles.
Experience with threat modeling and risk assessments and incident response.
Leadership experience.
You will get:
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $130k to $160k. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
