　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　The Architect will be responsible for:

　　Conducting technical workshops

　　Collaborating with internal and external technical teams

　　Understanding enterprise integration architectures

　　Helping to resolve Performance/Technical issues during implementations and migrations

　　Assessing customer integration system readiness for IBM MQ and Application Connect Enterprise (ACE)

　　Provide guidance to customers on architecture and implementation (i.e. cloud migrations, messaging modernization, integration modernization) on IBM's Cloud Pak for Integration.

　　Review solutions and designs of peers, including architecture and integration pipeline, to provide appropriate guidance for performance optimization.

　　Support internal teams and IT partners by recommending solutions that reduce and/or manage risk.

　　Automate and optimize processes as needed to configure and migrate solutions.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Understanding of enterprise integration architectures and implementations

　　Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

　　Experience in installing and deploying solutions to Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred)

　　Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously

　　Knowledge of hybrid-cloud software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications

　　Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

　　Ability to communicate complex solutions both verbally and in writing

　　Ability to travel globally, as required

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience deploying, configuring, and administering integration solution based on IBM Hybrid Cloud Integration software such as App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, API Connect. Kafka and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting software solutions using cloud-native computing technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Containers, and Red Hat OpenShift.

　　Experience and/or knowledge of resolving Performance/Technical issues during implementations, migrations, and system assessments.

　　Hands-on deployment experience with cloud solutions such as PKS, Google GKE, or AWS EKS is a plus.
