　　Salary Range: $73,000 - $166,000

　　OTA is seeking a mid level Software Application Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain web site user interfaces and backend interfaces to external services on Microsoft Windows Server platforms. Our Software Developers develop application code and unit test using, but not limited to, front end technologies such as Java technologies, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Microsoft Office SharePoint, and Visual Basic Applications (VBAs) HTML, Angular, and REACT, as well as back-end technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, Mongo database, Solr, Structured Query Language (SQL), and ServerSide Languages (Java etc). Successful candidates must have a familiarity with architectural styles/application programming interfaces (APIs) such as REST and RPC. Understanding of Agile Scrum development processes is highly desired.

　　Responsibilities

　　Required Qualifications

　　Current TS/SCI security clearance; willingness to take a polygraph

　　BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

　　6+ years of software developer experience

　　Experience with architectural styles/application programming interfaces (APIs) such as REST and RPC

　　Experience with Java, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Microsoft Office SharePoint, and Visual Basic Applications (VBAs) HTML,

　　Experience with Oracle, Postgres, Mongo database, Solr, Structured Query Language (SQL), and ServerSide Languages (Java etc.)

　　Understanding of Agile Scrum development processes is highly desired
