The NVIDIA Networking Advanced Development Software team develops new groundbreaking technologies to enable new market shares for the company and tighten customers relationships. These are emerging technologies in networking and distributed computing for the data center cloud. They span areas such as High Performance Computing (HPC), Storage, SW Defined Network, Network Function Virtualization, 5G NR, video processing and more.

　　We develop the solutions top-down, all the way from application behavioral analysis, to architecture definition and down to the implementation, using the world-leading NVIDIA devices. The development traverses any needed component - application SW, middleware SW, OS kernel subsystems, device drivers, embedded SW (Firmware) and HW modeling. We collaborate with partners and key customers in the analysis processes and engage with open source communities introducing our leading features.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Develop software for groundbreaking technologies of our devices

　　Acquire expertise in a wide range of networking SW components, from our embedded SW, through kernel networking, and up to userspace networking components and applications

　　Partner across multiple engineering teams and collaborate with our partners to enable the new technologies we develop

　　What we need to see:

　　Outstanding student pursuing B.Sc. in Computer Science

　　Understanding of multi core hardware, operating systems design, concurrency, virtual memory, caching, interrupts, device drivers, real-time, assembler programming

　　Programming skills

　　Ability to learn complex concepts in a fast pace environment

　　A teammate with a can-do attitude, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills

　　Ways to stand out from the crowd:

　　Prior experience in operating systems

　　Knowledge of SW programming, embedded SW, networking

　　Familiarity with storage, virtualization
