FTE: 1.000000 Shift: 2 Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm JobSummary: Responsible for providing social services and utilizationreview to the patient and family. Provides psychiatric evaluation ofpatient\'s presenting issues. Develops appropriate treatment planning toaddress patients presenting psychiatric disorder and/or psychosocialissue. Utilizes appropriate individual and group treatment approach(s).Monitors patients progress in treatment and adjust therapy accordingly.Completes all written and electronic documentation following clinicprotocol and state certification requirements. Participates in regularlyscheduled collaboration and consults with psychiatrists and clinicsupervisor. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimumof 5 years of clinical experience (completion of 3000 hours) inpsychiatric inpatient or outpatient setting is required. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Master\'s degree in social work, counseling, educationalpsychology, or allied health profession from an accredited college oruniversity is required. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Specific clinical trainingin psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation and assessment is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Current Wisconsin licensure as Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Dualcredentials as a Substance Counselor (CSAC, SAC or SAC-IT) required.Clinical supervision of hours for licensure progression provided onsite.
