　　Talent Acquisition at Nutanix

　　The Talent Acquisition team at Nutanix is a global team of 80+ employees led by our VP of Talent Acquisition, with leaders in the EMEA, APJ and AMER regions. They are responsible for all recruitment activities within Nutanix and work closely with the business to advise on process and headcount planning. The team has had great success in providing a customer-centric and inclusive recruiting process, and they place a strong emphasis on partnership with the business.

　　Your Role

　　Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting for our EMEA sales regions

　　Handle end-to-end recruitment activities

　　Conduct talent mapping

　　Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions

　　Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences

　　What You Will Bring

　　Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting

　　Strong understanding of the sales hiring process

　　Excellent communication and negotiation skills

　　Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

　　Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies

　　Professional Language proficiency in English and German or French is required.

　　Our team is a small, tightly-knit group of 10 individuals who work closely together. We are excited to add another team member to support EMEA Sales Hiring. Despite working remotely, we meet virtually every week to discuss updates and challenges, and support each other. Our team has successfully contributed to hiring top talent for various sales leadership positions.
