Job Description

　　We are looking for an experienced Snowflake developer to join our Supply Chain IT team. As a Cloud Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture on the Snowflake cloud data platform for Supply Chain planning data.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Data Integration and Processing:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design optimal data models within the Snowflake environment.- Work closely with ETL developers to ensure seamless and efficient data integration processes.- Building and maintaining Snowpipes and streamings- Setting up data load and unloads onto Microsoft blob storage- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.- Develop stored procedures and UDFs using Snowflake scripting /Python.Administration:- Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization, and implement optimizations as needed.Security and Compliance:- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data storage and processing.Documentation:- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　4+ years in Data Engineering or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Snowflake platform and features.

　　Strong SQL skills and experience in optimizing complex queries.

　　Experience with Azure or AWS cloud provider platform.

　　Scripting skills (Python or Snowflake) for automation tasks.

　　Proficiency in data modeling and database design principles.

　　Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

　　Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of data warehousing best practices.

　　Having experience in IT data planning for Supply Chain is an added advantage.

　　Experience in creating Power BI reports for data analysis.

　　SnowPro Core certified.

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
