　　The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Basic to intermediate experience in wood and steel stud framing application

　　Basic to intermediate experience in finish carpentry skills including cutting and installing wood framing, trim, baseboard, casing, doors, frames and sheathing

　　Secure exterior building materials when required 

　　Cleaning and organizing work spaces

　　Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment

　　Qualifications:

　　Current/Active OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

　　Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

　　Prior experience in the Commercial/Residential field required

　　Prior experience using hand tools
