Hiring Construction Laborer for Residential jobsites all over Chicagoland area and North Suburbs!

　　Working Hours:

　　• Monday to Friday

　　• 7AM – 3:30PM

　　• Guaranteed 40 hours a week

　　Job Requirements:

　　• Cleaning and preparing construction sites

　　• Loading and unloading materials and equipment

　　• Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes

　　• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment

　　• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans

　　• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties

　　Compensation & Benefits:

　　• Starting rates: $18-$20 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

　　• Health, dental, and vision benefits from the first day of work

　　• Full benefits package and raise after 6 months (including 401k, Health Benefits, Profit Sharing Bonuses, etc.)
