　　Work Mode: This position is either fully remote/hybrid, based at a Broadridge location or coworking space. A blend of virtual and on-site involvement is essential for collaboration, with regular attendance required for meetings, trainings, and events.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Develop and refine infrastructure setup to host service, including setting up CICD, monitoring, operations, and continuous improvement.

　　Pre-launch involvement in system design, deployment automation, capacity planning, and launch reviews.

　　Post-launch maintenance with a focus on system health, availability, and latency.

　　Scale systems via automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

　　Drive infrastructural and procedural improvements.

　　Provide technical support to production and maintenance, optimizing operations through value analysis and engineering solutions.

　　Requirements:

　　3-5 years of experience in cloud based solutions support or SRE/DevOps

　　Open to work in flexible shifts with on-call rotation (follow the sun model)

　　Proficiency in GitLab, CI/CD (Jenkins), Linux, AWS, Terraform & Chef. EKS, IaC (Terraform, Chef), monitoring (DataDog)

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　AWS certification AWS Solutions Architect Associate at the minimum

　　Knowledgeable in Kafka (Confluent), MQ, and APIs/Microservices, security controls and FinOps
