Description
The Integrated Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Site Lead in Alice Springs, AUS. The successful candidate will provide support to a new Systems Engineering and Integration program for an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. Qualified applicants must be self-motivated and able to perform expertly given consistently evolving priorities. The candidate will be required to work independently and constructively influence both internal and external organizations for strategic and operational decisions for program entities, Directorate Customers, and Industry Partners to achieve positive results.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate Site Systems Engineering and Integration support and personnel
• Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Provide Systems Engineering and Project Management expertise ensuring exceptional performance with a focus on service delivery improvements across the Customer's mission operations enterprise
• Develop highly innovative Systems Engineering solutions to resolve complex problems through application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation, and implementation of best practices
• Ensure site resources and activities are adequately managed per time and budget constraints.
• Oversee and take responsibility for quality control and performance management
• Secure long-term relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Serve as a interface with the PM and division leadership to make recommendations and develop executable strategies
• Advise and support Engineering and Integration requirements of large-scale systems, major system elements, and interfacing systems that are part of complex network environments with geographically distributed components
• Support business process improvement and proposal development activities
• Ensure mission operations and baseline stability throughout the program's lifecycle
• Provide systems engineering technical support to special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph required. U.S. Citizenship.Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experienceRequires 4+ years' experience supervising or leading teams or projectsExcellent Systems Engineering technical abilities and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in team environment with leaders across the site and enterprise (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)RFC impact review and assessment experienceUnderstanding of cross site and enterprise level planning and implementation practicesExcellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NSIS and GRID methodologiesExperience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence and Microsoft SharePointExperience with MBSE
Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
