　　Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the ​ Software Develope r​ position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. The ideal candidate will ​support a high-profile program on a project that produces highly visible products for senior leadership. The individual will be responsible for activities associated with development, upgrades, maintenance, research and development and testing. The ideal candidate will have AWS experience developing for the cloud to include complete secure cloud integrations, optimizing cloud connectivity, and managed cloud services.​ This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　The developer will work with the overall program team in the design and development of new applications as well as integrating new solutions on existing applications. The candidate will be able to analyze and solve complex application development needs to identify solutions to include potential new tools/technologies. A strong candidate will have commanding knowledge of Javascript software development principles and be energized by the capability to learn and implement new skills. The candidate should be proficient in web application development to include troubleshooting and software upgrades. Products and/or services reside in development, test and production AWS environments. Experience working in a DevOps environment developing within an Agile environment using code delivery mechanisms, such as Maven, Ant, continuous build systems such as Jenkins, Git, code repositories such as Subversion, and continuous delivery solutions, such as Jenkins, or Puppet.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　BS degree and at least 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.

　　Experience using Python and/or JavaScript

　　Experience using SQL, MySQL and NoSQL

　　Experience in developing and maintaining data systems, databases, and complex datasets

　　Experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract and load data to generate reports

　　Experience with identifying patters and trends, developing prediction models and creating data tables and graphs to present findings

　　Experience with performing data cleanup to include removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors

　　Development experience with Node

　　Development experience with REST APIs

　　Development experience with C# on MS Windows

　　Experience with Typescript

　　Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required to be considered

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Analyze data to create and develop machine learning models

　　Perform software quality assurance and testing using a variety of technologies.

　　Technical knowledge of data quality, data modeling, analytics, and predictive modeling

　　Experience with Mobile Development either iOS or Android

　　Experience working with git at the command-line

　　Experience working with development environment on the Mac

　　Experience working with the Linux CLI and Linux scripting

　　Experience working with Sequelize ORM

　　Experience working with VS Code

　　Experience working with MS Visual Studio, Apple configurator and iPad/iPhone MDMs, and AWS would be a plus

　　Active TS/SCI preferred

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
