Details about this exciting opportunity:
28 hrs/week Site Coordinator opening at Afterschool Program in Elmsford, NY.
Compensation: $27-$32/hour.
Daily shift is from 12:30pm-6pm five days a week.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide consistent supervision and guidance to all program staff.
Approve all personnel paperwork, including time sheets, expense forms, training requests and time off requests.
Schedule, plan, and attend program advisory board meetings as scheduled.
Conduct weekly staff meetings with program staff.
Ensure that the program is within compliance with NYSED state guidelines.
Attend various state trainings in accordance with NYSED.
Oversee reporting on behalf of the program for NYSED.
Ensure enrollment target goals are met annually.
If you have the following:
Qualifications:
MA/MS in Human Services, Education, or a related field.
At least 4 years or more of experience working in youth programming.
And Attributes:
Strong engagement skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong managerial skills.
Strong public-speaking skills.
Strong inter-personal skills dealing with youth and families.
