Key Responsibilities:
Properly observe, load, unload and record product as noted on control plans and process sheets.Act properly and timely when nonconforming process or product is detected.Effectively communicate job-related information.Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.Perform other duties as required
Competency Requirements:
Understand process sheets used in the sintering/steam treatUnderstand and follow internal quality policy and job-related procedures.Load and unload sintering furnace and steam treater.Be able to distinguish possible product deformities, i.e. cracks, chips, burrs, etc.Safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection as required.Protective gloves should be worn as required.*Candidates must be available for all shifts. *
