　　JOB SUMMARY

　　The Actuarial Analyst Intern, under the direction of a supervising actuary, assists with preforming functions to enable the department in delivering accurate actuarial and financial models for the organization. The Actuarial Analyst Intern manipulates data into a usable form, assists with developing new studies, and prepares various meaningful reports for senior staff and leadership’s analysis needs.

　　JOB QUALIFICATIONS

　　EDUCATION

　　For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

　　Required Education: Junior standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in a Bachelors degree program in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or related field.

　　Preferred Education: None

　　Experience

　　Minimum Experience Required: Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, word processors, and other software.

　　Preferred/Optional Experience: None
