Join our dynamic team as a Showroom Manager at our prestigious luxury furniture showroom in San Francisco! We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our showroom operations, bringing a wealth of expertise in the luxury industry. If you have a background as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Luxury Sales Representative and a keen understanding of high-end products and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout their buying journey--this is an exceptional opportunity to take on leadership in a successful growing company.
70% virtual operations - customer communication over phone/email and other administrative tasks (conducted in showroom office)
30% In-person with customers (Showing products in the showroom)
Location:
Onsite at the showroom (San Francisco, CA)
Team Structure:
Showroom has two staff members
Assistant Manager on-site along with this position
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Drive showroom sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest luxury furniture trends and product features
Train showroom staff on product details and specifications
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively
Implement strategies for effective product presentation
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Assistant Manager to coordinate daily activities
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage showroom inventory levels
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for product replenishment (this only happens once per quarter and the Showroom Manager will not have to move any furnature)
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on showroom performance
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Events and Tradeshows:
Participate in showroom events and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility - travel within CAPay Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually + commission and bonuses

Experience in sales in a luxury industry - designer clothing, cars, upscale furniture...
Requires past experience in a supervisory role
Solid understanding of showroom/sales floor etiquette
