　　Responsibilities

　　Monitor Production output to ensure ship schedules are met.

　　Determines shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.

　　Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures of items incoming and outgoing to verify information against bills of lading, invoice, order, or other records.

　　Provide effective communication and hand off to other shift(s)

　　Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

　　Ensures area is organized and clean at all times and meets all compliance factors

　　Utilize SCORECARD, SSD, CRATES/ACAP, DDL/EDDL, SNC, CLIPS, GM SUPPLY POWER, andother customer applications as required

　　Responds to customers' requests/questions as needed.

　　Monitor and respond to container/part data within QMC system, as well as the customers', to ensureaccuracy within packaging and on our ASN's

　　Oversee container receipts for Chrysler and GM and ensure we are not negative.

　　Process Shippers and ASNs in customer systems as needed

　　Other duties as assigned or needed

　　Skills

　　bill of lading experience (1 year of experience is required)

　　UPS/Fedex shipments exp (1 year of experience is required)

　　shipping quotes experience (1 year of experience is required)

　　Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
