Local manufacturing company looking for a qualified shipping and receiving candidate!

　　Description:

　　• Assemble customer orders for shipment including using a pick list or through verbal directions from the Shipping Supervisor.

　　• Maintain accurate counts in finished goods and assist with inventory counts as required.

　　• Inspect incoming material for any defects.

　　• Safely, accurately and efficiently transport materials throughout the building and outside grounds using but not limited to; carts, pallet jacks, reach lift truck and forklifts.

　　• Administratively responsible for identified customer’s logistics requirements including customer reports, customer website confirmations, customer labeling, website pick up requests, shipment notifications, etc.

　　• Work with and coordinate UPS/Fed Ex labeling and paperwork for multiple location drop shipments including generating required labels, uploading worksheet data and administrate other paperwork as required.

　　• Verify the accuracy of all information on shipping paperwork and documents.

　　• Prepare bill of ladings, Pack lists, and any other documentation necessary for the shipping of materials.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Able to understand, administer, and execute detailed written and verbal instructions in English.

　　• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Internet.

　　• Proficient with simple math and basic hand held measuring tools.

　　• Proficient with establishing and maintaining the organization of files, materials and other items as necessary.

　　• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
