About Boiler Technician

　　Starting pay at $34.49 ($4.00 extra when on shift) with Training and Progression to $39.14 (plus $4.00 when on shift) **Additional $4.00/hr shift incentive on top of starting pay when working the 12 hour Rotating Dupont Shift Schedule!! Benefits Day One: Medical, Free Dental, 401K Match plus a Pension and More! The Boiler Technician 1 is the highest position in the Boiler Technician Training Program, which is designed to develop highly skilled employees responsible for factory power generation through the safe and efficient operation of boiler and turbine equipment. Successful applicants will be placed initially at the level of Boiler Technician 3. Employees may then advance in the Program to Boiler Technician 2 and Boiler Technician 1 based on training, skills, successful job performance, and completion of related assessments and license requirements.
