Working as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Put together Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　An endless desire to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Operate with business partners to create compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests

　　Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

　　Take part in various department-wide initiatives

　　Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

　　Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Requirements

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

　　Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers

　　Quality experience with project management

　　Deep understanding of Prepare Reports

　　Hands-on experience with forecasting

　　Foundational knowledge in Recovery

　　General familiarity with Budget Processes

　　Expertise in Lead Special Projects

　　Proven knowledge of compliance

　　Solid understanding of financial planning

　　Previous experience working with finance

　　Good understanding of Presentations

　　Wide ranging experience with contracts

　　Deep understanding of planning

　　Comprehension of Revenue Accounting

　　Solid understanding of financial analysis

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Skills in financial reporting is crucial to this role

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
