JLL is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at a client site in St. Paul, MN. This role provides a wide variety of warehouse and shipping support services to the client office and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude. Goal: To plan all outbound cross dock shipments. Create bill of ladings for outbound shipments and copy paperwork as necessary for Legacy shipments. Schedule load pickup with LTL carriers. Create load sheets for each shipment. Receive and greet drivers, provide them with the necessary paperwork for their shipment. Work with warehouse supervisor to prioritize outbound loads and ensure special handling instructions are followed when applicable (Hazmat, temp protect, etc.) Enter outbound shipments into shared spreadsheet for visibility to all warehouse personnel and tracking for the customer when requested. Gather paperwork from email for inbound containers and freight, handover to the operator for unloading and consolidating containers. Ensure all doors are cleared in SAP at the end of each day. Answer incoming warehouse phonecalls/digital chats and direct questions or inquiries to the appropriate contact when needed. Scan all Legacy bill of ladings for tracing outbound shipments. Create BOL's for trucks shipping pallet orders to plants. Audit the outbound St. Paul lanes for legacy freight. Maintain paperwork copies and filing systems, as well as boxing and storage prep for record retention. Primary backup of Warehouse Receiving position. Skills: Organized and detail orientated. Some experience with SAP and the ability to learn other legacy systems. Good communicator and listener. Always thinking of more efficient ways to do their work while maintaining the same quality and service level. Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, scanners, etc., to complete work duties.
