　　Are you looking for a new opportunity as a shipping clerk? If so, we are looking to add an experienced 1st shift shipping clerk in the Hartford, CT area with pay range of $20-$26/hr. This is a direct hire position with PTO and benefits. If you are qualified and interested, or email us at [email protected]

　　salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

　　work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

　　education: No Degree Required

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for tracking/tracing/updating the status of outgoing shipments; placing labels onto finished product containers

　　Stay in constant communication with the shipping supervisor, truck drivers, and forklift operators

　　Use proper computer programs to create and enter bills

　　Maintain shipping records in order; answering multi-line phones to assist customers

　　Scheduling appointments for truck drivers; use of basic math skills to ensure orders are correct in the system and are being fulfilled correctly;

　　Provide additional support to shipping/receiving departments.

　　Forklift exp is a plus

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
