　　Position Description

　　As our Shipper/Receiver, you will work along with our Branch Manager to coordinate and prioritize incoming repairs. The candidate will have excellent computer skills and be self-motivated to get the job done with little supervision.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Receiving and verify all parts, accessory, and repair orders

　　Same day shipment of all completed repairs

　　Maintaining an efficient repair queue and prioritizing key customers

　　Completing instant repair/replacements

　　Inventory cycle counts

　　Maintaining an extremely organized and safe work environment within the warehouse

　　Overtime will be expected with this role

　　Other duties as required

　　Who You Are:

　　Minimum Education – High School Diploma

　　Shipping/Receiving experience

　　Must be bi-lingual (French/English)

　　Self-driven and the passion to be your best day in and day out

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Detail-oriented with excellent key-entry speed and accuracy

　　Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook

　　Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills

　　Outgoing – excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions

　　Team-oriented and also be capable of working independently
