Prepare construction site where concrete will bepoured. Assist experienced concrete finishers in the lesser duties associatedwith concrete construction. Use basic hand tools to perform basic manuallabor. Load and unload building materials. Clean up construction site. Noexperience requirements. No education requirements. OJT provided.$20.67/h, overtime wage rate of $31.01, overtime including weekendwork may be available but is not guaranteed, general schedule of 40h/w,7am-4pm, Mon-Fri. At the employer s sole discretion, applicants may beoffered higher than the advertised wage or possibly an end-of-season bonus,due to factors including experience, merit, attendance, attitude,and/or skill. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. The employerwill make all deductions from workers paychecks that are required by law.The employer will provide optional housing accommodations from a third-partyif relocating for the position and not within reasonable transport to jobsite.If employer-arranged housing is utilized it will be provided free of chargeto the worker. If workers request and receive a pay advance, that amountwill later be deducted from their paycheck. If relocating for the position,the cost of transportation and subsistence to the place of employment will bereimbursed, if half of the employment period is completed. Thisreimbursement will be calculated by the exact cost of the transportationexpenses by airplane or bus fare, as well as subsistence expenses calculatedat the minimum amount of $15.46 per 24-hour period of travel and the maximumamount of $59.00 per day. Return transportation and subsistence will beprovided if the employment period is completed, or if dismissed early. Theemployer will provide daily transportation to and from the jobsite. Theemployer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa,visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees that are to thebenefit of the employer. All tools, supplies, and equipment required toperform the job will be provided to workers at no charge. The employerguarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of theworkdays in each 12-week period.
