Summary You will serve as a SHIPFITTER SUPERVISOR I in the STRUCTURAL SHOP, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will provide first level supervision to Shipfitter shop personnel. You will plan daily and weekly work schedules and establish priorities. You will change work plans, work assignments and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and maintain work schedules. You will enforce regulation and rules on conduct, safety and housekeeping.
