Description:

　　This is a production position in their manufacturing area of the plant. Candidates will be responsible for weighing materials, mixing polymers in an industrial mixer, assisting in operation of machinery, or packaging the final product. Ultimately, this candidate will be groomed to move into a Shar Operator on 3rd shift. Candidates have to be able to follow written directions on mixing materials (much reading an ingredients list when cooking). Other duties include performing quality checks before shipping to ensure the customer specifications and delivery requirements are met.The candidate needs to have solid math skills (basic math: addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions).Candidates will be required to utilize digital scales to weigh materials (color pigment for polymers) and mix to send down the line for the machine operators (SMC machines (sheet molding compound)).
