• Handle full set of accounting record for the Company • Financial reporting and analysis • Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and company policies

　　• Perform month end closing and variance analysis (revenue and expenses)• Reconcile general ledger and other accounts assigned• Responsible for accounts receivables and customer collection• Monitor cashflow and verify daily/batch payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance• Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast• Prepare payroll and related statutory submissions• Main contact person for external audit, tax computation and banking facilities• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and internal company policies• Any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned

　　Academic:• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent

　　Experience & knowledge:• CPA/ACCA holders; those who are currently in the program will be considered• At least three (3) years of accounting/full-set experience• Experience and knowledge in freight forwarding business preferred• Hand-on experience with CargoWise One preferred

　　Attribute:• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)• Advanced skills in Excel and Windows• Fluent in English, both verbal and written• A true team player who can work well independently
