  As a Radiology Systems Analyst II, you will support radiology clinical users in daily operations critical to patient care. This role is instrumental in ensuring that radiologists, technologists, and nurses have the tools they need to perform their duties. Although you are not directly involved in patient care, you are ensuring those that are, have the tools to provide world class care.

  Our ideal caregiver is someone who:

  Has experience in working in Radiology.

  Ideally has experience in Imaging Informatics or as an imaging technologist.

  Preferably has some IT experience.

  Responsibilities:

  Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.

  Assists with scope and task plan development.

  Provides input to resource requirement development.

  Supports development of information system requirements.

  Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.

  Other duties as assigned.

  Education:

  Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  High School diploma/GED and five years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.

  Bachelor's degree and one year of experience may substitute the experience requirement.

  Certifications:

  Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.

  For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

  Complexity of Work:

  Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

  Work Experience:

  Three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position.Physical Requirements:

  Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

  Personal Protective Equipment:

  Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay Range

  Minimum hourly: $30.41

  Maximum hourly: $46.38

  The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
