About Set-Up Technician

　　Set-Up Technician

　　Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing rubber molding presses and secondary finishing equipment, preventive maintenance tasks and various capital improvement projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

　　Ideal candidates will possess:

　　Good work ethic, self-starterPositive attitude and effective communication.Basic mechanic skillsFamiliarity with controls (PLC, HMI, etc.)Current opening is for 2nd Shift, with a salary range of: $38,480-$41,600/year, depending on skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits package available, including a BONUS program.

　　*This is a Full-Time, Monday-Friday position, that is hired (for the first 3 months) through a Temporary Employment Agency. Upon successful completion of 3 months, employees will be transitioned onto Advanced Rubber Products payroll.
