　　Team Leader

　　1727 Black River Rd North. Rome

　　Job Purpose

　　As a Team Lead, you’ll help site managers with the daily operations of our car wash, while also contributing to the overall success of the site. You’ll help ensure we’re meeting all our inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to deliver a consistent, convenient and exceptional car wash experience for customers. You’ll also help train and coach teammates to perform their jobs and uphold company values. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining an orderly environment by keeping car wash areas clean and free from debris/slips or other hazards that may affect their safety.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Open and close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager.

　　Involvement in employee coaching, teamwork, and maintaining a highly motivated work force.

　　Keep Store Manager informed of potential conflicts. Aid in communication with staff to prevent future issues.

　　Ensure that all employees are being held to company standards and policies.

　　Ensure consistent car wash quality and an orderly rotation of cars.

　　Resolve customer complaints within established guidelines.

　　Sell and explain services and products to customers.

　　Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure they are performing efficiently.

　　All other duties assigned.

　　Requirements

　　3-6 months of Car Wash experience.

　　Must be at least 18 years old.

　　Extensive product, service, equipment knowledge.

　　Able to read, write, and possess good verbal communication skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

　　Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Preferred: High School Diploma and/or College Credits.
