JOB REQUIREMENTS: Set-Up Technician - 3rd (2102) 6701 Good Hope Rd,Milwaukee, WI 53223, USA Req #649 Monday, October 9, 2023 Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Manufacturing Team Supervisor, the Set-UpTech is responsible for using tools & overhead cranes to complete moldchanges, rehangs, as well as pull molds for repairs and conversions.Ability to read water maps, water tools, properly purge machines &operate forklifts and keep their work areas clean and organized(housekeeping). The Set-Up Techs will make follow all set-up proceduresand make sure they leave the area neat, clean and organized. This willbe achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton\'s Quality and EHScertifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, workinstructions and required documentation. Key Competencies Workingknowledge of mold set up. Ability to assist in training employees.Ability to communicate effectively with all support departments. Have athorough understanding of the effects of water flow on the molds.Housekeeping Thorough knowledge of production procedures and workinstructions. Thorough knowledge of the operation of all auxiliaryequipment. Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience) High schooldiploma or equivalency, required. 18+ months experience as a ProcessTech 1. In lieu of prior plastic molding experience: candidates enrolledin a plastic molding program may be considered. Ability to followdetailed instructions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills. Excellent mechanical skills. Must be able to liftpush and pull up to 75 lbs. and be able to stand/walk for 12 hours.
