Description:

　　We are targeting individuals with prior manufacturing experience for set up tech and operator lead roles. Candidates should have prior machine operation experience and ability to learn how to set up the plastic extrusion equipment. There are multiple openings for these roles. Deluxe produces plastic products such as picture frames, paper towel holders for kimberly clark, and other similar plastic products through their multi-shot plastic extrusion equipment. Candidates will be setting up the plastic extrusion machines, getting fixtures and jigs ready for the operators. After set-ups are done they will help out with machine operation and documentation of product on pallets to be sure count is accurate.

　　While Deluxe is a plastic injection molding company they will consider individuals with good work tenure (2 or less jobs in the past 3 years), have prior experience with machine operation and troubleshooting machines as issues come up and can work well and direct others on the team.

　　Set-ups include the following: helping connect the plastic lines that carry plastic beads from the back of the facility and automatically fill the machine with plastic to produce the items those machines are running. Each machine has a die, usually two pieces which are very heavy that are a mold that creates the pieces/product they are running and need to be placed in the machine prior to running pieces. The team uses overhead cranes to place them in the machine and they need to be placed into the fixtures to hold them in place so the operators can basically push a button and the machine is ready to go. Once the run is done and if they are switching out dies, they will remove the current one basically doing the reverse of what they did to set it up and move it to the staging area in the back/maintenance area using overhead cranes to be cleaned.

　　Shift Diff:2nd shift - 1.50/hr3rd shift - 3.00/hr

　　Pay rates; 19-19.50 for 1st shift

　　There may be some OT involved depending on where they are at for their runs.
