As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products for UKI market. This is a new transition project.

　　Your role:

　　Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations

　　Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers

　　Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements

　　Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

　　Taking part in a transition of processes onsite in UKI (4 weeks)

　　You're the right fit if:

　　You have at least 2 years experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)

　　You know English language on min. C1 level

　　You have an analytical mind

　　Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
