Whilst delivering the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, it is paramount that you have a strong focus on realizing customer value by performing successful projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced technologies, and shape the future of industrial digitalization.Key responsibilitiesDrive value realization and ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget project deliveryEstablish and implement project structure and governance, demonstrating Siemens Delivery FrameworkLead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlManage project financials and proactively identify and minimise risksUse agile methodologies to improve collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvementBuilding strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisorTrack project performance, report key metrics, and provide insights to senior managementPromote innovation, best practices, and creative problem-solving within the teamQualificationsDegree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related fieldStrong agile methodology experienceProven expertise in project management in software implementation, PLM, and/or manufacturingBusiness-minded with a strategic perspective on service organizationsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholdersAnalytical problem-solver with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectationsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to challengesProficient in English and SwedishWilling to travel (to clients sites) when requiredNice to haveProject management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
